2. Still uses their high school resume
3. Has never written a cover letter

What you get
Initial Consultation used to gather information on what the client has for work/volunteer/clubs experience. A consultant will begin to work on your resume with you over this video call.
After the consultation the consultant will continue to edit the resume and send back a final copy that they would define as "Application ready"
In a second meeting with your consultant you will go over a basic format of a cover letter and begin tailoring it for an application. After the meeting your consultant will finish editing the document and send back your "application ready" cover letter
