Carrot Consulting provides affordable, personalized, and convenient professional development counseling that is built specifically for college students, by college students. We aim to assist students with the entire job or internship application process from writing and editing resumes and cover letters, to interview prep and making sure their social media is appropriate.

We came up with the idea for Carrot Consulting in our Entrepreneurship Business Plan Class in the spring semester of 2020. Once we realized we had a viable business we applied to the AUCI and we were accepted this past fall.

Hi, my name is Victoria Chekerdjieva and I am one of the founders of Carrot Consulting! I’m currently in my third year at AU studying Entrepreneurship and International Business. I've had previous internship experience in the tech, communications, business, and law fields.
I understand how much pressure students feel when it comes to the internship and job application process, especially when there aren’t enough resources available. I wanted to provide a platform through which students can reach out for support. After lots of planning with Danny, that’s how Carrot Consulting was formed!
